What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your account and the personal data associated with it, including your email/profile, your study progress and readiness data, and your practice/exam activity.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited record of purchases and transactions for as long as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. These records are kept only for compliance and are not used to identify you for any other purpose.

Deleting specific data without closing your account

If you'd prefer to delete some of your data (for example, resetting your study progress) without deleting your whole account, email info@acepilotacademy.com and let us know what you'd like removed.
